The Ohio Economic Development Information Network (OEDIN), also known as The Ohio ES202 Network, is a statewide network of university centers and researchers focused on test tubes to the development and utilization of an employment and payroll database. The Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages (ES202) data is derived from an administrative database created for tax collection purposes by each state in the country. The database provides information that allows researchers to better understand economic activity at the local, regional, and state levels.

The ES202 network is part of the Ohio Urban University Program (UUP), a unique network linking the resources of Ohio's urban universities with the communities and students they service in cooperative efforts to improve the state's urban regions. The program fosters collaborative university research networks and individual centers of excellence.
